"She was great! When ever I called her, she always showed up; she’s the best! She always had her best intention when it came to showing me houses. She would always tell me everything about the house and would never leave anything out. Also, if I ever contacted her, I would always get an answer back. She was always peasant with all my questions and gave me great advice. I was very pleased with her work; 10/10, would recommend."

"Pascale Cherfane is a lovely and amazing agent! Last week, I had to flee a toxic situation with my 5 and 8 year old daughters. My sense of urgency was of a critical nature. We left one home, stayed in a hotel for five days, and I was, to say the least, desperate to find a permanent home for me, my children, and our beloved Pitbull, a tall order by any standard. I began my search through the help of a family friend who recommended three realtors that they used for both their rentail property and the purchase of their luxury home. Although all of the agents reached out to me, one of them immediately, not only weren't they able to find me places based on my criteria, but none of them were willing to help me see a place over the weekend, despite the fact that I had communicated with them during the week and described my situation as "an emergency". One representative even told me that he couldn't access the list of available properties because he wasn't in the office which, is bananas, because I was able to do that on the internet myself, and I'm not a realtor! I thought that was shady, to say the least. He probably just didn't want to miss The Eagles game! Thank God I found a property myself that sounded great and Pascale was the realtor. I called her on a Sunday to book a showing and she got back to me within the hour. The place I had inquired about turned out to not be available right away, which I missed in my haste, so Pascale did a search and quickly got back to me about a different place, one I hadn't found on my own, and we made an appointment to see it together the next day. In the interim, she also found another place and said we could also look at that. That place, which is my dream home, is where we live now. Even the townhouse realtor said, "This is the fastest closing I ever did" because normally it takes weeks to go through the process, but she and Pascale made it happen, and I had my keys by that Friday! Pascale is so dedicated, so professional, and I was incredibly comforted by how kind and protective she was of me and my girls, being very thorough during our walkthrough, when I was just clueless out in La La Land. Thank you Pascale! I wish I was rich and could buy you a dream vacation! You deserve it!"

"Very professional and accommodating. Went the extra mile in showing us several properties in a very short time for a flip project. Also assisted us with some local due diligence at the Buildings Dept. due to us being a very far distance from the subject property.This is our first flip and we've definitely placed her contact information on the list of professionals that we're looking forward to working with. We will also be giving her the property to re-list post renovation."
